Refund Policy - Sing With Clarity events

If you find you can't attend an event you have several options:

• If more than 1 month before the event:
  • I can give you a full refund, minus any admin or processing fees
• If more than 2 weeks before, but less than a month before the event:
  • I can give you a refund of 50% of the ticket cost, minus any admin or processing fees
• If less than 2 weeks before the event:
  • If the event has a waiting list and I can easily fill your space I may be able to refund you at my discretion, minus any admin or processing fees. If I can't easily fill your space I reserve the right to retain the full ticket amount with no refund.
  • You can transfer your ticket to a friend.
• If I need to cancel the event for any reason:
  • I will give you as much notice as possible and you can either transfer your ticket for another event or you can receive a full refund, minus any admin or processing fees.
